You are in a horse stance facing 12.0’Clock with Nunchaku in your right hand

Execute a right vertical upward strike towards 12 0′Clock and let it continue on up and over your right shoulder. From your right shoulder, execute a right forward overhead downward vertical strike and on up underneath your right arm, (This is called a right under arm catch,) immediately execute a right snapping vertical strike towards 12 0’ Clock and back underneath your right arm, (From your right under arm catch.) Execute an upward right vertical strike towards 12 0’Clock continue the flow on up and over your right shoulder, simultaneously as you place your left open hand under your right elbow to catch the nunchaku. (From your left front hand catch)  Release your right hand grip and execute a left upward vertical strike towards 12 0′clock and let it continue on up and over your left shoulder. From your left shoulder, execute a left forward overhead downward vertical strike and on up underneath your left arm, (This is called an under arm catch) Immediately execute a left snapping vertical strike towards 12 0’Clock and back under your left arm,  (From your left under arm catch) Execute an upward left vertical strike toward 12 0’Clock continue the flow on up and over your left shoulder, simultaneously as you place your right open hand under your left elbow to catch the nunchaku.  (From your right front hand catch)  Release your left hand grip and execute a right diagonal upward strike towards 1 0’Clock, continue on up and over your right shoulder, simultaneously as you place your left open hand behind your back near your left kidney and catch the nunchaku. (This is called a left reverse hand catch)

(From your left front hand catch)  Release your right hand grip and execute a left diagonal upward strike towards 11 0’Clock, continue on up and over your left shoulder, simultaneously as you place your right open hand behind your back near your right kidney and catch the nunchaku. (This is called a right reverse hand catch)

(From your right reverse hand catch)  Release your left hand grip and execute a right horizontal slice, in, out, and then back to your left open reverse hand catch, that is still setting on your left kidney. (Note; your left heel palm is facing 6 0’Clock)

 (From your left reverse hand catch)  Release right hand grip and execute a left horizontal slice, in, out, and then back to your right open reverse hand catch, that is still sitting on your right kidney. (Note your right heel palm is facing 6.0’Clock

 (From your right hand reverse catch)  Release your left hand grip execute a right upward vertical strike over your right shoulder towards 6 0′Clock and immediately strike forward towards 12 0’Clock down and between your legs followed by a left reverse hand catch. (Your left open hand is at the back of your left leg to catch the nunchaku)

 (From your left hand reverse catch)  Release your right hand grip and execute a left upward vertical strike over your left shoulder towards 6 0’Clock immediately strike forward towards 12 0’Clock down and between your legs followed by a right reverse hand catch. (Your right open hand is at the back of your right leg to catch the nunchaku)

 (From your right hand reverse catch)  Release your left hand grip and execute a right vertical strike out towards 9 0’Clock clockwise, continue on up around the left side of your neck, and to the back of your neck, continue on down to the right side of your neck simultaneously as you place your left open hand (heel palm facing out towards 3 0’Clock) to the right side of your face to catch the nunchaku. (Your right hand is in front of your left hand) (This is called a left-hand neck catch)

 From your left hand neck catch) Release your right hand grip and execute a left vertical strike out towards 9 0’ Clock, clockwise and back towards 3 0’Clock counter clockwise continue on up around the right side of your neck, to the back of your neck, and on down to left side of your neck simultaneously as you place your right open hand (heel palm facing out towards 9 0’Clock) to the left side of your face to catch the nunchaku.  Your left hand is in front of your right hand.  (This is called a right hand neck catch)  INTRODUCTION DVD!

(From your right hand neck catch)  Release your left hand grip as you step forward towards 12 0’ Clock into a right neutral bow stance simultaneously as you execute a right upward diagonal strike, on up and over your right shoulder. immediately execute a figure eight strike four times from your right side to left side and on the fourth downward strike rebound off the outside of your left thigh (This is called a left thigh return) and return the nunchaku to your right shoulder, simultaneously as you place your left open hand under your right elbow to catch the nunchaku.  (This is called a left front hand catch)

 (From your left front hand catch) Release right hand grip as you step forward towards 12 0’Clock into a left neutral bow stance simultaneously as you execute a left upward diagonal strike, on up and over your left shoulder. immediately execute a left figure eight strike four times from your left side to your right side and on the fourth downward strike rebound off the outside of your right thigh (This is called a right thigh return) and return the nunchaku to your left shoulder, simultaneously as you place your right open hand under your left elbow to catch the nunchaku. (This is called a right front hand catch)

 (From your right front hand catch) Release your left hand grip and execute a right upward diagonal strike, on up and over your right shoulder. immediately step out towards  3 0’Clock with your right foot and pivot slightly on the balls of both feet counter clockwise, You are now in a left neutral bow stance facing 9 0’Clock. Immediately step towards 9 0’Clock into a right neutral bow simultaneously as you execute four forward side circles (on your right side) on fourth immediately execute figure eight strike in front of you four times, from your right side to left side on the fourth downward strike rebound the nunchaku off the outside of your left thigh, (This is called a left thigh return) and return the nunchaku to your right shoulder, simultaneously as you place your left open hand under your right elbow to catch it. (This is called a left front hand catch) as you step forward towards 9 0’Clock into a left neutral bow stance.

 (From your left neutral bow stance facing 9 0’Clock) Release your right hand grip as you execute a left upward diagonal strike, on up and over your left shoulder still looking out towards 9 0’Clock execute four forward side circles (on your left side) on fourth immediately execute a left figure eight strike four times from left side to your right side, and on the fourth downward strike rebound the nunchaku off the outside of your right thigh. (This is called a right thigh return) and return the nunchaku to your left shoulder, simultaneously place your right open hand under your left elbow to catch it.  (This is called a right front hand catch)  As you step out towards 12 0’Clock with right foot into a neutral bow stance, pivot slightly on the balls of both feet counter clockwise, you are now facing 6 0’Clock in a left neutral bow stance.

 (From your left neutral bow stance facing 6 0 Clock) Step forward towards 6 0’Clock with your right foot into a right neutral bow stance simultaneously as you release your left hand grip, execute a right upward diagonal strike and continue on up and over your right shoulder. Immediately execute four over head circles counter Clockwise on the fourth immediately execute a figure eight strike, four times coming down from your right side to your left side, and back up towards 11 0’ Clock and on down to your right side, on the  fourth downward strike rebound off the outside of your left thigh (This is called a left thigh return) and return the nunchaku to your right shoulder simultaneously as you place your left open hand under your right elbow to catch the nunchaku  (This is called a left front hand catch ) as you step towards 6 0’Clock with your left foot into a left neutral bow stance execute a left upward diagonal strike, on up and over your left shoulder.

 (From your left neutral bow stance) Immediately execute four left overhead circles Clockwise on fourth immediately execute a left figure eight strike four times coming down from your left side to your right side and up towards 1 0’ Clock and on down to your left side towards 7 0’Clock, on the fourth downward strike rebound off outside of your right thigh (This is called a right thigh return) and return the nunchaku to left shoulder simultaneously as you place your right open hand under your left elbow to catch the nunchaku. (This is called a right front hand catch) as you step out towards 9 0’Clock with your right foot pivot slightly counter clockwise on the ball of both feet out towards 3 0’Clock into a left neutral bow stance.

 (From your left neutral bow stance facing 3 0’Clock)  Release left hand grip and immediately drop down on right knee as you execute a right upward diagonal strike, on up over your right shoulder. Immediately  execute four forward side circles towards 3 0 Clock (on your right side) followed by a right figure eight strike four times from your right side to left side and continue on up and over your left shoulder, immediately execute four over head circles counter clockwise and on the fourth immediately execute a figure eight strike four times coming down from your right side to left side, on the fourth downward strike rebound off the outside of your left thigh (This is called a left thigh return) and return the nunchaku to your right shoulder, simultaneously as you place left open hand under your right elbow to catch the nunchaku (This is called a left front hand catch) switch from right knee to left knee as you execute a left upward diagonal strike on up and over your left shoulder.

 With your nunchaku  resting on your left shoulder, immediately execute four forward side circles (on your left side) followed by a left hand figure eight strike four times from your left side to right side and continue on up and over your right shoulder as you execute four over head circles clockwise on the fourth immediately execute a figure eight strike four times coming down from your left side to right side on the fourth downward strike rebound off the outside of your right thigh (This is called a right thigh return) and return the nunchaku to your left shoulder, simultaneously as you place your right open hand under your left elbow to catch the nunchaku. (This is called a right front hand catch) immediately get up off your left knee and pivot slightly counter clockwise to face 12 0’Clock into a training horse-stance.

 (From your right front hand catch and in a training horse-stance facing 12 0’Clock.)  Immediately execute a right diagonal upward strike and let it continue on up and over your right shoulder from your right shoulder. Execute a right forward overhead downward vertical strike and on up underneath your right arm (This is called an under arm catch). Immediately execute a right snapping vertical strike towards 12 0’Clock and back under your right arm, from your under arm catch execute an upward right vertical strike towards 12 0’Clock, continue the flow on up and over your right shoulder, simultaneously as you place your left open hand underneath your right elbow to catch the nunchaku.  (This is caller a left front hand catch)

 From your left hand catch Immediately release right hand grip and execute a left upward diagonal strike and let it continue on up and over your left shoulder, from your left shoulder  execute a left forward overhead downward vertical strike and on up underneath your left arm. (This is called a left under arm catch) Immediately execute a left snapping vertical strike towards 12 0’Clock and back under your left arm. (From your left under arm catch) Immediately execute a left upward vertical strike towards 12 0’Clock, continue the flow on up over your left shoulder simultaneously as you place your right open hand underneath your left elbow to catch the nunchaku. (This is called a right front hand catch)

 (From your right front hand catch) Release your left hand grip and execute a right diagonal upward strike and let it continue on up over your right shoulder, simultaneously as you place your left open hand behind your back near your left kidney (heel-palm facing 6 0′clock) And catch the nunchaku. (This is called a left reverse hand catch)

(From your left reverse hand catch) Release your right hand grip and execute a left diagonal upward strike and let it continue on up over your left shoulder, simultaneously as you place your right open hand behind your back near your right kidney (heel-palm facing 6 0′clock)  And catch the nunchaku (This is called a right reverse hand catch)

 (From your right reverse hand catch) Release your left hand grip and execute a right horizontal slice, in, out, and then back to your left open hand catch that is still sitting on your left kidney. (Your left heel palm is facing 6 0’Clock)

 (From your left reverse hand catch) Release your right hand grip and execute a left horizontal slice, in, out, and then back to your right open hand catch that is still setting on your right Kidney. (Your right heel palm is facing 6.0’Clock)

 (From your right reverse hand catch) Release your left hand grip and execute a right upward vertical strike over your right shoulder towards 6 0’Clock immediately strike forward towards 12 0’Clock down and between your legs simultaneously with a left reverse hand catch. (Your left open hand is at the back of your left leg to catch the nunchaku)

 (From your left reverse hand catch)  Release your right hand grip and execute a left upward vertical strike over your left shoulder towards 6 0’Clock immediately strike forward towards 12 0’Clock down and between your legs simultaneously with a right reverse hand catch. (Your right open hand is at the back of your right leg to catch the nunchaku)

 (From your right reverse hand catch) Release your left hand grip and execute a right vertical strike out towards 9 0’Clock clockwise, on up and around the left side and to the back your neck and on down to right side of your neck simultaneously as you place your left open hand (heel palm facing out towards 3 0’Clock) to the right side of your neck to catch the nunchaku, your right hand in front of your left hand.  (This is called a left-hand neck catch)

 (From your left-hand neck catch) Release your right hand grip and execute a left vertical strike out towards 9 0’Clock clockwise, and back towards 3.0’Clock counter clockwise and continue on up around the right side of your neck and to the back of your neck and on down to the left side of your neck simultaneously as you place your right open hand (heel palm facing out toward 9 0’Clock) to the left side of your neck to catch the nunchaku, your left hand in front of your right hand. (This is called a right hand neck catch)

 (From your right hand neck catch) Release your left hand grip and execute a right upward vertical strike out towards 12 0’Clock, continue on up over your right shoulder. Immediately execute a right forward overhead downward vertical strike and on up underneath your right arm simultaneously as you place your left open hand underneath your right elbow to catch the nunchaku. (This is called a left front hand catch)

 (From your left front hand catch) Release your right hand grip and execute a left upward vertical strike out towards 12 0’Clock, continue on up over your left shoulder. Immediately execute a left forward overhead downward vertical strike and on up underneath your left arm simultaneously as you place your right open hand underneath left elbow to catch it. (This is called a right front hand catch)

 (32)

 From your right front hand catch and still maintaining your left-hand grip push the nunchaku out towards 12 0’Clock in front of your body and in line with your chin to create an open-ended triangle with the nunchaku, (both batons pointing down towards the floor.)
