2. This causes him to bend down into a double back knuckle strikes to the temples followed by double eye pokes to his eyes (here your right hand is on top to prepare for moves that are to follow).

3.With your hands still crossed drop them down to check his shoulders, step through with a left knee kick to his groin, followed by a right step through knee kick to his solar plexus, plant down towards 12 o’clock into a right neutral stance.

4. Grab your opponent’s left shoulder with your left hand and turn him around clockwise as your right hand grabs and helps in the process by holding his chin, step back your right foot and pull your opponent back into a right knee to his lower spine, plant down towards 12 o’clock and follow through with a left knee up to his left kidney.

5. With your left knee still in the air execute a left side thrust kick to the back of the left knee of the opponent.

 2. TWIRLING HAMMERS (FRONT LEFT STEP THROUGH PUNCH)  1. While standing in a left neutral bow stance and with opponent punching from 12 o’clock, shift your left foot over slightly to the right towards 3 o’clock into a left front rotating twist stance, as you execute a left extended outward block, striking at or above his left elbow.

2.Immediately step out towards 1 o’clock with your right foot into a right neutral bow stance as you execute a right looping overhead punch (hooking back and towards you) to the right mastoid of your opponent, (your left outward extended block is still checking at this point).

3.Continue the action of the looping punch on down to become a check to his left arm as you simultaneously execute a left inward horizontal elbow strike to the left ribcage of your opponent.

4.Without any loss of motion switch your left elbow back to a check (hooking over his left arm with your wrist and your palm up) to his left arm, Now loop your right hammer fist inward diagonally and down to strike his left kidney.

5. At this point opponent right hand is drawn to the point of pain in his right kidney, now step back with your right foot as you counter grab his right wrist which is near his right kidney with your right hand, into a left neutral bow stance.  Simultaneously execute a right horizontal heel-palm to the upper most portion of his back.

6.Front crossover sweep to the back of his right ankle, as you slip your left hand to left side of his face pull and yank his head down into a right vertical punch to the back of his head to cause a sandwiching effect.

7.Immediately snake your left hand around towards you and into the front of his face, maintaining your right hand as a check to back of his right shoulder as you pivot out of your right twist-stance, right front crossover towards 5 o’clock and as you pivot into a right reverse bow pulling his head towards your left hip, execute a left outward claw followed by a right two finger poke to his right or left eye as your left hand drops to become a check in the zone.

8. Right front crossover and double cover out towards 4 o’clock.

 3. DEFENSIVE CROSS (FRONT RIGHT SNAP KICK)

 1. Starting with both hands up, execute a crossed wrist block (right hand over left, with hands open and dropping then straight down) while stepping back with your right foot into a left forward bow stance. When your hands are almost down to your waist your left hand goes into a crane to hook out under his right ankle as your right hand checks his leg on top, pull his right leg back and to the left past your left hip so that he’s losing ground and his balance.

2. Now execute a right outward hanging back knuckle strike to the right side of his face or cheek bone followed by a left inward heel of palm strike to his right mastoid immediately switch it to a left claw and grab his hair or the back of his neck. (At this point your right hand is hanging beside your right hip ready for the next move.)

3. Execute a right front snapping instep or ball kick to his groin (maintain you grab to his head with your left hand). As you plant back to the point of origin, execute a right stiff arm rising back knuckle strike to the face of the opponents to sandwich his head between your left grab and your right strike.

4. Draw your left foot back to a cat stance and execute a left front snap ball kick to his groin or lower mid section, and plant your left foot back down into the same cat stance.

5.Shift your weight onto your left foot and execute a right outward crescent kick, to the right side of his head, let the kick follow through and bounce off the ground back into a right roundhouse kick to the left side of his face,

6. Right front crossover and double cover out towards 7 o’clock.

 4. DANCE OF DARKNESS (FRONT RIGHT KICK FOLLOWED BY A RIGHT PUNCH)

 1. While standing in a right fighting stance and as your opponent executes a right kick to your groin.  Drop back with your right foot towards 6 o’clock, into a left neutral stance as you execute a right downward parry back of your right hand to slide along and deflect his right kick (from 11 to 5 o’clock). 2.As your opponent now attempts to punch into your face with his right hand, execute a double parry (left inward and right outward) to the outside of his right arm it may cause brake to his right arm,

3. Immediately step forward with your right foot around and behind your opponent right leg and out towards 9 o’clock with your left leg into a right neutral bow stance, as you cock your hands to your left hip, (cup and saucer) now pivot clockwise into a right close kneel stance as you execute a right back-knuckle strike “with” a left vertical punch to his spine (your right hand is on the bottom to act as a check if needed).

4. Immediately grab his right shoulder from behind with your left hand and vigorously pull your opponent’s right shoulder down, as you simultaneously execute right horizontal back knuckle strike to his right temple (your left hand is still checking at or below his right shoulder from behind). This action creates opposing force, which in turn aids in using borrowed force.

5. These next moves are timed almost simultaneously, Drop your right punching hand into a small counter-clockwise loop, and execute a right two-finger hook to the right eye of your opponent, and without hesitation, circle your left checking hand around and under your right arm so that it follows and slides along the outer right side of your arm to act as a guide so that you can slip in an eye poke to the same eye. The initial hook is done as you sweep your opponent’s right leg with your left foot, and your last poke is timed so that it hits at the same time you plant out of the sweep, into a left front crossover,

6. From your twist stance, pivot clockwise and execute a right spinning leg sweep to buckle the back of your opponent’s right leg. (Your leg hits his leg bent and then straightens to increase the force),

7. Right from the sweep (your opponent should now be down with his head pointing toward 10 o’clock), execute a right step through dipping ball kick” to his left jaw.
